Off-Season Instructor and 18U Head Coach
Giomar played for the Seattle Mariners from 1997 to 1999. He was a switch-hitting middle infielder in the Mariner infield with Alex Rodriguez. He also spent 10 campaigns in the minor leaguer with the Detroit Tigers, Oakland Athletics, and Mariners organizations.
Coach Guevara also played professional winter ball from 1993 to 2001 with the Leones del Caracas and Tigres de Aragua clubs of the Venezuelan League.
Giomar began coaching with us in 2021. He has taken a prominent role coaching players at all age levels in our off-season program. He has taken on 18U head coaching duties while contributing to on field management at 13U and 14U.
